You can get it in St. James MO and at the lake of the ozarks. Don't know of any stations off the top of my head, but odds are you're only gonna find it at places that sell 93+ octane. Closest is Farmington if you want pump. Have used the two barn gas stations that offer it. Believe it is 93 octane too.
