Merriam Webster does provide another dictionary that does not have the issues of the Collegiate but I am not certain that it contains all the features of the latter. The Shorter Oxford English Dictionary (not to be confused with the Oxford Dictionary of English) has excellent features and there are a number of online dictionary apps free to use.
